About the Alumni Association

The Silverton High School Alumni Association (SHSAA) is a proud, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to keeping generations of Foxes connected and empowering students. Since its inception in 1996, the Association has built a large endowment, allowing us to award thousands in scholarships annually. In 2025 alone, SHSAA granted $106,500 to deserving high school seniors & alumni continuing their education. Our ongoing Class Challenge initiative has united alumni across decades—raising over $217,000 by 2023—with the top contributing classes honored through named scholarships.

What We Do & How You Can Get Involved

We offer more than scholarships. Through a semi‑annual newsletter and a comprehensive alumni database (stretching back to 1908), SHSAA serves as Silverton High School’s alumni hub. We also host the annual Alumni and Friends Reunion party to raise funds and foster community. Whether you’re interested in donating, volunteering or reconnecting our Association provides meaningful ways to contribute and celebrate our shared heritage as Foxes.
