Agenda: By Laws Revision
The Board of Trustees is proposing a change in our By Laws to allow us to provide grants to individual departments of Silverton High School in support of projects which may not be covered by the school’s budget. The funds for these grants would come from donations specifically for the grants and would not take away anything from the scholarship funding source. We are also proposing some housekeeping changes to the By Laws.
